Our Graduate Profile

The English Literature Study Programme (ELSP) implements the University’s vision
and mission in formulating the Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs)
in regards of the description of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) at
level 6 stipulated by the Presidential Decree No.08 of 2012 . The ELOs are
also formulated based on the graduate profiles of which they are aligned with the stakeholder
needs and developed based on Bloom’s taxonomy, which consists of affective, cognitive, and
psychomotor domains, as summarized in the following table:

Language Analyst

Graduates are able to implement the Islamic, national and local values; understand basic branches and theories in linguistics and apply them to contribute constructively tothe societyin academic and professional manners; and are ready to compete in the language consultant, researching, editing, copy writing and other language-related job market in the post-pandemic social-economic environment.

Literature Analyst

Graduates are able to implement the Islamic, national and local values; understand basic theories and genre ofEnglish, Islamic and local literature and apply them to contribute constructively to the society in academic and professional manners; and are ready to compete in the researching, editing, writing, content creation, communicating, and other literature or art-related job market in the post-pandemic social-economic environment.

Mid-level Translator

Graduates are able to implement the Islamic, national and local values; understand mid-level theories of translation and apply them to contribute constructively to the society in academic and professional manners; and are ready to compete in the translation job market in the post-pandemic social-economic environment.
